NOTICE

United Auto has launched NEW POLICY JACKETS EFFECTIVE October 1, 2014.

All agents are required to return the "THE IMPORTANT MEMO NOTIFICATION FORM."

Also be aware with policy changes effective October 1, 2014, UAIC is providing "POLICY COUPONS" or the "CUSTOMERS FUTURE PAYMENT SCHEDULE for EFT."

The agent is responsible for giving the payment coupon/schedule to the insured as UAIC will not be sending out invoices to the insured's.

A 10 Day notice of Cancellation will still be mailed.
