In response to the consumer requests for assistance during the COVID-19 crisis, we have implemented the following changes to assist UAIC policyholders

1. You have the ability to extend payment due dates by up to 5 days. The option to do this is on the payment page and says, “Request due date extension”. This option is not available if the policy is in cancellation status.
2. We have enabled the ability to reinstate a policy from 10 days to 15 days after cancellation.

Please encourage the insured to:

1. Make their payments through our IVR system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week , by dialing 305-907-2878 or 888-987-8242
2. Manage their policy on our website mypolicy.uaig.net
